4 WWT Days in Switzerland

This Thursday marks the start of the Tour de Suisse Women, a race that is part of the Women’s WorldTour calendar for the third consecutive year. As a top-tier event in women’s world cycling, the race once again attracts many international stars, especially climbers and all-rounders, since the course's terrain leaves little room for sprinters.

Route

Of the four stages that make up the race, only the first is classified as a mountain stage by the organizers, although the main climb of the day, the Jaunpass (8 km at 8.4%), is topped with 60 km to go. The other three stages feature rolling profiles, more suited to puncheurs and all-rounders than pure climbers.
