Big day for time trialists
The three big absences from the Individual Time Trial race in Yorkshire World Championships will be Chris Froome (1000), Tom Dumoulin (1200) and Wout Van Aert (600), and the three of them will miss the appointment because they are recovering from various injuries and accidents, not for pleasure. Everyone who is healthy will compete, and this guarantees us a beautiful fight for the rainbow jersey, with a star tlist full of specialists. Among the favorites we find the vigilant World champion, the Australian Rohan Dennis (1200), although his competitive level is unknown, since he has not participated in any race after his strange abandon in Tour de France. In all pools will also be the recently crowned as Vuelta a España champion, Primož Roglič (1200), and Tour de France 2018's winner, Geraint Thomas (1200). Despite the absence of the vigilant national champion Wout Van Aert, the Belgians are presented as one of the strongest teams, with Yves Lampaert (800), Victor Campenaerts (800) and Remco Evenepoel (400). Germany also presents a very competitive tandem, with Tony Martin (400) and Nils Politt (600). Other detailed men may be the Spanish Jonathan Castroviejo (600), the American Chad Haga (400), or the Swiss Stefan Küng (800), among many others.
