A new circuit for the Cyclo-cross World Cup

This Sunday, November 19th, the fourth round of the Cyclo-cross World Cup will take place in Troyes, France. The race, held at the Henri-Terré sports complex, will be part of the World Cup for the first time after hosting Coupe de France events for two years. To celebrate, the organizers have decided that entry to all races will be free, so if you are near Troyes next Sunday, you can't miss it!

Circuit

The circuit is 2.9 km long and will be fast if there is no rain, as it does not include overly sharp bends. On the other hand, in case of rain, the surfaces of the park may turn into a skating rink, so it will be necessary to pay attention to the weather forecast.

Women's race: the favorites

Puck Pieterse (1200), Ceylin del Carmen Alvarado (1000), Lucinda Brand (1200), and Zoe Backstedt (400) are the main contenders for victory in the women's race.

Men's race: the favorites

For the elite men's race, Eli Iserbyt (1200), Michael Vanthourenthout (1200), Laurens Sweeck (1200), Lars Van Der Haar (1200), Pim Ronhaar (600), Thibau Nys (400) and Joris Nieuwenhuis (600) are the most prominent names that will be in Troyes.
