A new race inaugurates the Women's ProSeries
The Schwalbe Women's One Day Classic will be held for the first time in its history this Sunday, at 10 AM Australian time, 00:30 CET. This new race will take place on the same circuit as the final stage of the men's Tour Down Under, in what the organization has dubbed "Super Sunday," a new festivity in the streets of Adelaide that will mark a grand finale to the 10 days of competition.
This race will be the first of the season to be part of the UCI Women's ProSeries, the second tier of world cycling.
Route
The circuit is 4.5 km long, and the cyclists must complete it 20 times, reaching a total of 90 km and 600 meters of total elevation gain, which should not be an obstacle for a sprint finish.
