A three-day classic

Ride London is a cycling festival held annually in London, and the 2023 edition will consist of two races: a popular and charity-oriented cycling ride held on Sunday, and the women's WorldTour race, the RideLondon Classique. This second event, which has been part of the top tier of women's professional cycling since 2016, transitioned from a one-day race to a three-day event last year, but it still retains the "Classique" in its name, leading to confusion. This time, the race will take place from Friday to Sunday.

Route

The race consists of three stages classified as flat by the organization. The first and last stages will likely end in a bunch sprint, but the second stage may bring surprises as it includes three climbs up North Hill (0.8 km at 6.3%) and the finish line in Maldon is located on a ramp of 0.3 km at 7.7%.
