Next Wednesday marks the start of the 2024 European Road Cycling Championships with a full day dedicated to time trial races. The European Championships, this time held in Limburg, Belgium, will award 10 precious jerseys with the stars of the European flag to the top 10 in each of the four elite races in Cycling Fantasy, making it undoubtedly one of the most beautiful prizes to be won in the game.

Route

Both women and men will have to complete an identical route of 29 kilometers, entirely flat, but with several sharp turns. Nevertheless, the top specialists in the discipline are expected to shine.

Women’s race: Favorites

Lotte Kopecky (1200), Riejanne Markus (800), Christina Schweinberger (600), Ellen Van Dijk (200), Vittoria Guazzini (200), Anna Kiesenhofer (200), Mieke Kröger (200), or Lisa Klein (200) are some of the main favorites for the women’s race.

Men’s race: Favorites

Stefan Küng (600), Stefan Bissegger (400), Mikkel Bjerg (400), Edoardo Affini (200), Thymen Arensman (800), Mattia Cattaneo (200), Kasper Asgreen (400), Victor Campenaerts (400), or Ivo Oliveira (200) are some of the top specialists who are expected to line up for the men’s race.
