The men's ProSeries is the last of the four annual road classifications to begin. It will do so this Wednesday, when the starting gun is fired for the Volta a la Comunitat Valenciana.

The race, consisting of five stages, will pass through some areas affected by the severe storm of late October. The organizers aim to raise awareness of the challenges of reconstruction and emphasize the importance of continued aid while also sending a message of recovery, hope, and future to the affected residents.

 
Route

The first of the five stages is a 34-kilometer team time trial, which will be crucial for the general classification. On the second day, riders who lost time in the time trial will have to go on the attack to recover, as it is the most mountainous stage of the race, with a summit finish at the Font de Partegat (4.3 km at 9.5%).

Stages 3 and 4 feature mid-mountain profiles, while the race will conclude with a sprint stage in Valencia.

João Almeida (1200), Carlos Rodríguez (1200), Alexandr Vlasov (1000), Brandon McNulty (1000), Jai Hindley (800), Ben O’Connor (1000), Lenny Martinez (600), Santiago Buitrago (800), Thymen Arensman (600), Pello Bilbao (800), and Pavel Sivakov (600) are some of the top GC contenders.

In the other hand, Jonathan Milan (1000), Kaden Groves (1000), Gerben Thijssen (600), and Ethan Vernon (600) stand out among the sprinters on the start list.
