Race analysis, favourites, and predictions for Lloyds Bank Tour of Britain Women 2025

The Lloyds Bank Tour of Britain Women is the only UCI Women’s WorldTour race held in the United Kingdom. This fact, combined with the Lloyds Bank Tour of Britain Men being part of the second tier of world cycling (UCI ProSeries), makes the women's race the most important event in British cycling. Now in its tenth edition, the race takes advantage of its WorldTour status to attract top stars of the sport year after year.

 
Route

The race consists of four stages without major mountain climbs. The general classification is expected to be decided in the second and third stages, which feature rolling terrain but nothing too demanding. This could allow some sprinters to stay in contention and even contest these stages. In this context, time bonuses at stage finishes and intermediate sprints could be crucial in deciding the final podium.
