Race analysis, favourites, and predictions for Tour of Slovenia 2025
This Sunday marks the end of the Giro d’Italia, the first of the three Grand Tours in the men’s calendar. It’s been three intense weeks battling for the maglia rosa, leaving many fans emotionally exhausted. What better way to recover than by continuing to enjoy the sport we love? The next event is the Tour of Slovenia, taking place from this Wednesday until Sunday — the same day the Critérium du Dauphiné takes over and we can start to smell the Tour de France.
Route
This edition of the Slovenian race consists of five stages, offering several opportunities for sprinters and just one mountain stage — the fourth — which will decide the general classification with a summit finish at Golte (13 km at 7.5%).

Phil Bauhaus (800), Juan Sebastián Molano (600), Max Walscheid (400), Tim Torn Teutenberg (200), Manuel Peñalver (200), and Davide Bomboi (200) are among the fastest on paper for the flat stages.
