Alé BTC Ljubljana is an Italian women's road cycling team with UCI World Team license.

The team is based in Bonferraro di Sorgà, in the province of Verona, and is sponsored by the Alé sportswear factory and the Slovenian chain of shopping centers BTC.

In 2011, their debut season, the team finished sixth in the UCI world rankings. In the following seasons it remained in the world Top 10, thanks to the successes of Tatiana Guderzo, Shelley Olds and Marta Bastianelli. In 2020 it was included among the eight teams holding the new UCI World Team license.
