GI Group Holding–Simoldes–UDO is a Portuguese cycling team of UCI Continental category based in Oliveira de Azeméis. The project was born in 2014 when Manuel Correia and Luís Pinheiro founded the Bike Club of Portugal with the aim of training and developing young cyclists in the professional peloton. Initially, it competed in under-23 categories under names like Liberty Seguros-Carglass and Kelly–Simoldes–UDO, primarily participating in national races and the UCI Europe Tour. In 2018, the team obtained its license as a continental formation, allowing it to regularly compete on the international calendar. Over the years, it has consolidated its structure and, since mid-2024, competes under the current name GI Group Holding–Simoldes–UDO, backed by sponsors like GI Group Holding and Simoldes, continuing the tradition of developing Portuguese cycling talent.
