The team was funded in 2012 and operates under an American license. After years with the name Rally Cycling, in 2022 it passes to be called Human Powered Health. The women’s team will take part in 2022 of the Women’s WorldTour, and it becomes the first team to have their women’s team in a higher category than the men’s team.
