Saxo Bank was a professional road team participating in the UCI World Tour. It was owned by Russian Oleg Tinkov and was conducted between 1999 and March 2015 by Bjarne Riis, the winner of the 1996 Tour de France. From 2009 to 2013, the Danish bank Saxo Bank was the main sponsor of the team.
In the team's record there are stage victories and the overall of the three Grand Tours. The Giro d'Italia of 2006 was won by Ivan Basso, the Tour de France of 2008, by Carlos Sastre and that of 2010 by Andy Schleck, and the Vuelta a España of 2012 and 2014 were both won by Alberto Contador.
