Team BikeExchange - Jayco is an Australian professional road race women's cycling team. Launched in 2012, it competes at UCI Women's WorldTeam level, under the management of Andrew Ryan and Shayne Bannan. The team ride Scott bikes and has financial backing from Australian businessman Gerry Ryan who owns Jayco Australia. Previously known as Orica, since 2018 till 2020 it had been known as Mitchelton–Scott, with Ryan's Mitchelton Wines as a major sponsor. The team has a men's team as well.
