UAE Team ADQ is the new name of the team formerly known as Alé BTC Ljubljana. The team is based in Bonferraro di Sorgà, in Italy, but rides under licence of the UAE.

In 2011, their debut season, the team finished sixth in the UCI world rankings. In the following seasons it remained in the world Top 10, thanks to the successes of Tatiana Guderzo, Shelley Olds and Marta Bastianelli. In 2020 it was included among the eight teams holding the new UCI World Team license.
